Car buying made easy. Stopped by to test drive on Thursday; new car Monday. Great service , professional and friendly. It was a smooth process from start to finish with the help of Christian. He was very thorough and made sure we felt comfortable with our purchase as well as answered all our questions. Highly recommend Tesla and also doing your experience with Christian.

My car buying and delivery experience was great start to finish. Every step of the way I was instructed what to do. Picking up the car with salesman Justin’s help was the icing on the cake. He walked me through every step of setting up my car. Explaining key details and making me an expert in no time. I needed that help and reassurance since this was my first Tesla. He was great and my whole experience was wonderful. So happy I made the change. Thank you Justin and Tesla for your help and professionalism.

Been a Tesla owner for over two years. Referred my sister to purchase one and wouldn’t honor the referral because they didn’t input it a certain way. They are sneaky in getting you to put a deposit without making sure they weren’t referred. Now their only solution is to cancel, forfeit $250 fee to add referral on new order. Manager was unable to help and kept telling me he understood without seeing about offering solutions. Be careful. Been a very frustrating situation, sister even mentioned to sales person that her brother suggested getting a new Tesla and kept his mouth shut that they had to input a certain way instead of inputting a code at the end. VERY SNEAKY!

I had great experiences with Tesla up to now. I think they are overloaded at the service center here in Fort Lauderdale. So many people have posted unhappy experiences. I only have one thing to say from my experience. Be careful when you drop off and pick up your car. Remove items that may be lost or stolen. I picked up my car after having the battery changed out and found items that I left in the frunk were moved to the trunk and later I realized that one of my charging adapters were missing. When I returned to the service center the representative said that there is no proof that it was missing. The attitude was what was not good. Customer service is lagging!!

Great salespeople, absolutely trash service…. Scheduled 2 appointments to fix an update that disabled multiple safety features. Both times my appointment was canceled without notice (without informing me, common issue). Made a request to have someone call me, five days later still no call. Great car until you actually need service on it.

We took delivery of our Model Y Long Range in December. I wanted to give this a few months before I wrote a review because everything from the buying, taking delivery and driving experience is very different than any other car we have ever owned. We waited 7 months from order date to delivery, but we did accept delivery within the time window we were given from the day we ordered. I must have watched 1000 YouTube videos during our wait, taking the time to learn the car and listen to what other people were saying. It was an exciting day when we went to pick up the car. The delivery was quick and all we did was provide our form of payment and we were sent on our way. The staff at the center were friendly and did answer a few questions that we had. They were there to help if needed. Thankfully we knew to have an electrician install the outlet in our garage which made it super easy to plug in at home from day 1. It took maybe a day or 2 to get used to the Tesla as it is very different than anything we had in the past. Most of all was the sensation of 1 pedal driving. We now have 4,500 miles on the car and just love it. We love the over the air updates and for 2 minor service calls we needed, Tesla came to our home to quickly resolve those issues. We had the same tech each time and he was on time and fixed those issues. We have not had to purchase gas since the first week in December and that is a huge win for us. Love the car. Our experience with Tesla through the entire process was incredible.
